Customer Support

(Jakarta Raya)


  1. Handle all incoming customer complaints regarding IDColo Services
  2. Perform troubleshooting
  3. Actively monitoring customer’s Network Server status
  4. Follow up and escalate any Service and Network incidents with analysis results
  5. Coordinate service/network maintenance/incidents announcement to IDColo customers
  6. Log all incident chronology

  3. Minimum Diploma Degree from Engineering (Computer Science/Information Technology /Telecommunication)
  4. Domiciled in Jakarta
  5. Having good knowledge about Domain, Hosting, DNS, Setting Email and IP Network
  6. Understand the basic of Linux operating system command and installation
  7. Have good analytical ability and good communication ability
  8. Able to speak english oral and written (min. passive)
  9. Initiative, active, disciplined and able to work together in teams
  10. Ready to work under pressure
